Road Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Road Foreman to supervise road construction and maintenance activities at site. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, equipment, materials, and daily site activities while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and as per project specifications. Key Responsibilities Supervise road construction, excavation, grading, backfilling, compaction, asphalt, and reinstatement works. Allocate daily tasks to workers, operators, and subcontractors. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications. Monitor site progress and report daily work status to the site engineer or supervisor. Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, QA/QC, HSE, and other construction teams. Ensure proper use of materials, tools, machinery, and equipment at site.
