ROADM Process Technician - based in Ipoh, Perak

Responsible for overall assembly process at Roadm product lines (ACD and NSD) from Fuzhou, as well as on the operation of the new Chemical Pretreatment Room.

To assist engineers to maintain process and quality standard, procedures and control plan

To assist engineers in engineering builds, activities and data collection.

Monitoring line processes, improving quality and updating process instructions and documentation

Support in assembly manufacturing documentation like Process specifications, visual aids, manufacturing routes and work instructions

To provide the necessary engineering support and coordination of pilot build to ensure that new assemblies are completed on time and with minimum resources.

Identify and quantifies quality problems with materials and / or processes and provide solutions
