Performing preparation of WPS & PQR Adjusting the welding robots programming spot welding robots Reviewing the test reports and other quality records generated Performing NDT test (PT, MT & UT) Performing DT: Cut and etching test to check the penetration of welding Inspecting welded joints to ensure welds meet company standards and customer job specifications Training operators to perform in-process inspections on new parts as required Collecting and reporting out on key performance indicators including scrap, and internal rejection Performing assessment of parts with macroscopic equipments Supporting Quality control group with jig adjustments Adjusting welding fixtures to achieve dimensional quality objectives as quality check sheet
