Our client, is a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Role Mainframe zOS Support Engineer for their Phoenix, AZ / Hybrid/Remote location. Responsibilities:

+ Monitor zOS system health, performance, and batch processing.

+ Handle severity incidents, service requests, and production issues.

Batch Operations & Scheduling

+ The Mainframe zOS Support Engineer will be responsible for providing end to end support for the FLS project’s mainframe environment.

+ The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, incident & problem management, batch operations, system health checks, and coordination with application and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and stability of the mainframe ecosystem.
