RTD Engineer, Mill Lining
Primary location: Skellefteå, Sweden. Other Metso hubs may be considered. Flexible working arrangements (including hybrid options) are available.
We are seeking an RTD Engineer to join our Research & Technology Development Team in the Mill Lining business line (MLB). You will be responsible for developing new products, improving our existing portfolio, and creating new processes or technologies at the idea and proof‑of‑concept stage. Your role plays a crucial part in our future offerings, focusing on safety, sustainability, cost and performance, and will support the strategy and success of the Mill Lining business line. The role combines technical development work with project management and involves close cooperation with product managers and other stakeholders.
