Process Lead – Payroll Accounting
The Process Lead – Payroll Accounting is responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll accounting activities with a focus on complex journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance.
While this is not a people leadership role, the Process Lead will perform review and approval functions for work prepared by junior and senior specialists. The role also acts as a backup to the Payroll Accounting Team Lead during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of operations and adherence to deadlines.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform and oversee payroll accounting activities, including complex payroll journals, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and reports prepared by specialists to ensure accuracy and compliance.
