Job Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for IT business application development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Oversee project execution, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Apply Agile principles, particularly Scrum and SAFe, to enhance project flexibility, transparency, and delivery speed.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project goals and communication strategies are aligned.
