What does the job look like?

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety & Compliance Manager to join our Retail business unit. In this site-based role, you will play a critical part in connecting safety and compliance across multiple operational sites, ensuring our people have the skills, support, and systems in place to perform their roles safely. You must be flexible and willing to move between operational sites across the South East and Western suburbs of Melbourne.

Reporting to the National Safety & Compliance Manager, you will partner closely with site leaders and frontline teams, delivering audits, leading incident investigations, and driving a strong safety-first culture across the business. Key areas:
