Job Description
- Support the site safety activity, follow the site situation and the safety manager's requirements, or the PM.
- Manage safety activities of subcontractors on site, such as morning meetings and safety inductions, to ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential dangers in the workplace.
- Join daily construction meetings with the construction team and give instructions to improve safety, if any.
- Complete the daily site patrol, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Carry out daily, weekly, or monthly safety inspections of all equipment or machines on site to ensure work safety.
- Provide training sessions to employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the proper use of safety equipment.
