Job Purpose
The purpose of the role is to plan, direct, and implement organisational safety, health, and environmental programmes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma (Safety Management).
- ISO 14001 (Internal Auditor).
- SAMTRAC, ESG & sustainability certificate.
- 6-8 years relevant safety health and environmental experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a SHE operational plan in accordance with the set targets.
- Develop and implement a sustainability strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Ensure compliance across all sites to occupational health and safety legislation.
- Keep abreast with updates in occupational health and safety legislation and advise management thereof.
Policies and Procedures:
- Develop, update and drive compliance with SHE policies across the Company's Automotive Division.
