Technical and/or practical knowledge valued JOB PURPOSE: Promoting safety achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization. Develop, implement and maintain EHS plan to bring the Company’s Safety Systems and Policies into compliance with system requirements. KEY RESULT AREAS: Maintain compliance with all safety regulations Practice safe working techniques. Implement and maintain health and safety standards. Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees. Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques. Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent. Identify hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly in the workshop Prepare Risk assessment and SMOW(safe method of work) Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
