Safety Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
• Provide safety training, develop safety programs, and investigate accidents or incidents to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, safety, or a related field; certification in safety management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to handle stressful situations.
