Opportunity Description
The Safety Officer 2 ensures full compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations. This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety across all company operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and update company safety policies and procedures in line with government regulations (e.g., DOLE OSH Standards).
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, safety audits.
- Lead incident investigations and prepare reports with corrective and preventive action plans.
- Facilitate safety orientations, training sessions, and emergency drills for employees and contractors.
- Maintain accurate safety records and submit reports to management and regulatory agencies.
