At Iberia Compositech Manufacturing , we are looking to recruit an ERP & Internal IT Support Technician (SAGE) who will be responsible for the internal management, support and optimisation of the SAGE ERP system, as well as providing general IT and systems support within the company.

Responsibilities

Management and administration of the SAGE ERP system (configuration, maintenance and support).

Internal user support: resolving incidents and queries related to SAGE.

Providing basic internal training to different departments on the use of the software.

Coordination with external SAGE providers when required.

General IT support, including:

Management of equipment and user accounts.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Support with networks, backups and systems.

Proposing improvements to digital and administrative processes....
