Job Description
The Sales Account Agent promotes and sells conference facilities, managing client accounts to achieve individual and team targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Provides support to the Sales and Events Department in managing accounts, coordinating events, preparing documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist all inquiries for functions and events, provide excellent stakeholder experience in handling the events.
- Build a good working relationship with the clients.
- Support Revenue Generation: Responsible for generatingsales, hitting individual quota, and contributing to the overall group quota on Food and Beverage (F&B), and Guest Rooms revenue; Generates new accounts to increase client base.
