Sales Account Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in Modern Trade, HORECA, and convenience stores.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and concerns.
• Provide clients with product information, marketing materials, and sales support.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase product distribution and market share.
• Conduct regular client visits to ensure product visibility and address concerns promptly.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and their staff.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events and in-store activations.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify potential new clients in Modern Trade, HORECA, and convenience store sectors.
