Job Overview

The Sales Accounts Specialist is responsible for initiating and maintaining client relationships to secure new business and ensure continued satisfaction with ongoing projects. This role serves as a bridge between clients and internal teams handling communications, identifying and addressing client needs, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with creative expectations. The role also includes supporting sales activities such as lead generation, price quoting, order processing, and handling inquiries and complaints.
