- Identifies and creates rooms to engage with Agent and merchants.
- Identifying enterprises payments pain points and provides tailored fit solutions.
- Assist agents and merchants end-to-end process, starting from onboarding, integration and after sales support.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow clients network.
- Help existing accounts increment their transactions through continuous support by means but not limited to marketing and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and new payment methods.

Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales and Account Management.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of payments products & services. Skillset: Ability to communicate clearly both oral and written.
