Overview
We are looking for Experienced Candidate to join us for the below position:
Sales Admin Assistant (6 month contract)
Responsibilities- Provide customer service and attend to phone / email enquiry as and when required
- Processing of Delivery Order, Job Order, Quotation & Coordinate with customers
- Coordinate with store on inventory
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and customer service team to update CRM system, filing, data entry and document management
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
- Min Nitec/Diploma in administration
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be able to multi-task with time management
- Full of initiative, committed, meticulous
- Computer literate in MS office, outlook
