Basic up to $4000 + Variable Bonus

• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional support
• Process quotation & invoices promptly and accurately
• Coordinate with sales, operations and technical teams for order fulfilment
• Liaise with vendors to procure parts for operations
• Support payment collection activities with sales team
• Resolve problems related to quotations and order processing
• Respond to customer requests and service needs effectively
• Perform other commercial duties as assigned by manager

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification
• 2 years' experience in sales quotation, customer service or commercial support
