Key responsibilities include:

• Takes care of the immediate service, management, and resolution of customer issues with the aim of maximizing the quality of their service.
• Performs immediate and substantial customer information within the store regarding Natural Gas & Electricity products.
• Enters data into the information system, records and issues supply contracts, and contract terminations for Natural Gas and Electricity supply.
• Forwards customer requests to the responsible management of the gas or/and electricity distribution network.
• Processes settlement requests, manages standing orders, and issues Natural Gas & Electricity bills.
