Sales Agent – Off-Plan Properties

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years. Nationality: Open to all. Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent with a strong background in off-plan real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing deals, a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from top-tier developers.
• Generate and manage leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins, portals, referrals).
• Guide clients through the entire sales process — from inquiry to closing.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, project launches, payment plans, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Attend project briefings, client meetings, and property events as required.
