Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers with general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, estimates, and service calls.
- Maintain organized records, files, and customer information
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and order processing.
- Support the sales team with lead tracking and customer communication.
- Help maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Assist in managing social media accounts (posting, responding to messages, etc.)
- Create and schedule content to promote services and projects.
