Opportunity Description
Reporting to the Barcelona retail manager. The Sales Associate is responsible for embodying the Miista values in-store in all aspects. The successful candidate will be a real ambassador and engage with the clients in-store, demonstrating strong sales and business acumen and offering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers, helping with stock management and achieving sales targets.
- Support with the general tasks of running the retail location operations.
- Carrying out the fulfilment of online orders where necessary.
- Building positive relationships with customers in-store, guiding and aiding them educationally and professionally.
- Ensure the store is presentable and has the appropriate stock to respond to the business needs.
- Assisting with visual merchandising.
- In-store event assistance for community and brand building in collaboration with our in-house marketing and press team. <...
