Opportunity Description
Position: Sales Assistant
Job Description- Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations
- Process sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices
- Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and payments
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for stock availability and delivery arrangements
- Maintain proper filing of sales documents and customer records
- Support sales team in daily administrative duties
- Prepare simple sales reports when required
- Minimum 1–2 years working experience in sales supportor administrative role
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (to liaisewith Mandarin-speaking customers/suppliers)
- Basic computer knowledge inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Responsible, organised, and able towork independently
