Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Executive
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for NVOCC services
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and revenue
- Prepare and present freight quotations, rate proposals, and service solutions
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms while protecting company margins
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers
- Understand customer shipping requirements and propose suitable routing and service options
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Documentation, and Finance teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
