Opportunity Description

Job Descriptions

- P&L owner for the account
- Serve as the primary operational interface for the customer, coordinating across delivery, sales support, finance, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and manage expectations.
- Manage day‑to‑day customer account operations, ensuring smooth delivery execution, adherence to SLAs, and consistent service quality across all engagements.
- Support account revenue and margin objectives, owning forecasts, billing accuracy, change requests, and cost controls in line with the overall account P&L targets.
- Identify and execute incremental growth opportunities, including renewals, small upsell/cross‑sell initiatives, and scope expansions in collaboration with the Regional Portfolio Director.
- Ensure strong governance and risk management, driving regular account reviews, compliance to contractual terms, operational reporting, and early identification of delivery or commercial risks..
