Opportunity Description
Job Descriptions P&L owner for the account Serve as the primary operational interface for the customer, coordinating across delivery, sales support, finance, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and manage expectations. Manage day‑to‑day customer account operations, ensuring smooth delivery execution, adherence to SLAs, and consistent service quality across all engagements. Support account revenue and margin objectives, owning forecasts, billing accuracy, change requests, and cost controls in line with the overall account P&L targets. Identify and execute incremental growth opportunities, including renewals, small upsell/cross‑sell initiatives, and scope expansions in collaboration with the Regional Portfolio Director.
