Opportunity Description
Overview
The Sales Channel Manager will drive growth and strengthen AWB Networks’ presence by developing, managing, and expanding relationships with distributors, resellers, and key channel partners. This role ensures partners are equipped and motivated to meet sales targets while aligning with AWB’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy & Development: Design and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue and market-share goals for AWB’s portfolio of IT networking products.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new clients, and distribution partners.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term partnerships by providing training, sales tools, and marketing support.
- Collaborate with partners on joint business plans, promotions, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Sales Execution & Forecasting: Monitor partner performance, pipeline, and forecasts to ensure consistent revenue growth.
