Sales / Co Load Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for delivering expected sales revenue target and profitability.
• Your responsibilities include, account management, developing in-depth market knowledge; generate new sales leads, contract negotiation and sales closure.
• Actively promote our services and solutions in accordance to business plan. The focus is on Air, Ocean, Warehouse services and Co load sales.
• Check prices of goods routes, space, ask for freetime for shipments.
• Go off with other co-workers to buy/ sell available space / booking from airline and carrier.
• Undertake sales presentations to present the company and its services.
• Attend to customers feedback/ complaints, and follow up with after sales service.
• Act as the customers' main point of contact, by liaising closely with the relevant departments to ensure that -their queries, problems, or issues are deal with appropriately.
