Responsibilities

• Receive customer data from the marketing department/partners and provide consultation.
• Handle customer requests and resolve issues under the supervision of the leader.
• Enter order information into the system.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure orders are successfully delivered to customers.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, answer inquiries, and assist in resolving issues.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the leader.
• Be flexible in handling orders to maximize sales results and ensure a high closing rate.
• Categorize customers for proper customer care strategies.
• Carefully and accurately input order details into the system, paying attention to specific customer requests (delivery date/time, discounts, quantity, color, size, etc.).
• Proactively manage tasks within the scope of responsibility and coordinate with other departments.
