• Retail Systems Management: Supporting POS (Point-of-Sale) systems like Shopify, Square, or Lightspeed.
• Inventory Control: Utilizing barcode scanners and RFID tech for tracking inventory levels, minimizing stock inaccuracies.
• Technical Support: Providing troubleshooting for store hardware, Wi‑Fi networks, and software, including SaaS platforms.
• Data Analytics: Leveraging AI, machine learning, and CRM tools to analyze customer behavior and sales data to improve performance.
• Customer Engagement: Integrating digital solutions that personalize the shopping journey and accelerate checkout.
• Training Development: Can provide continuous coaching and monitoring of performance, can conduct large‑scale training and produce training plan.
