Sales Coordinator

Attend to customer enquiries and orders, process orders and liaise with the operation and logistics team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all orders.

Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders.

Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule.

Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely payment from customers.

Liaise with the QEHS manager on compliance requirements from customers.

Set up new or renew Due Diligence records for customers.

Ensure adherence to laws and policies, e.g. GST, import & export compliance and NEA license.

Ensure all system data/files are timely updated and maintained properly.

Any other assigned duties by supervisor.

• Competent in MS Office and Outlook
• Prefer basic knowledge in SAP system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
