Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, aesthetic preferences, and project budget
- Present design concepts, mood boards, floor plans, and material palettes in a compelling and client-friendly manner
- Drive sales of design packages, furniture, fixtures, and finishes for residential projects
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
Design & Project Coordination
- Develop space plans and design proposals tailored to each residential project
- Prepare and present design documentation including drawings, specifications, and product selections
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is carried through to execution
