Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market
- Engage in outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
- Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to exchange insights on prospect feedback and market trends
- Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on feedback loops
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as conversion rates and lead quality
- Partner with sales leadership to analyze data and optimize outbound strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of securing new business meetings
