Sales Director

We are currently supporting a major engineering and technology organisation on the search for a Sales Director to lead the growth of their global defence business.

This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on driving strategic growth across international defence markets, building relationships with OEMs, defence primes, and government stakeholders, and leading major programme pursuits from early engagement through to contract award.

The business delivers highly engineered, mission‑critical solutions across defence, infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors, with a strong global delivery capability and an established international customer base.
