Objectives
To manage the ST sales & marketing activities carried out with Distributors in HK/China, so that sales targets/budget are achieved in all involved markets.
Key operational responsibilities
Lead the team to drive the distributors for the achievement of POP, POS and demand creation targets agreed in HK/China;
Set up strategic business plan, and drive the focus segments and key customers penetration with the distributor and ST internal;
Establish and develop strong cooperative relationship with all levels of organization and departments between the distributors and ST so as to maximize the business targets and growth;
Increase resources, market share & position as a strategic supplier with the distributors.
