- Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities expanding the property's reach in experiential and eco-conscious travel markets.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies that align with the property's unique positioning and market trends.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and emerging segments.
- Manage and grow relationships with key partners including DMCs, tour operators, lifestyle brands, wellness curators and corporate clients.
- Deliver a personalized consultative sales approach to nurture long-term client loyalty and maximize repeat business.
