Opportunity Description
This role is responsible for leading the development and growth of domestic and international semiconductor client segments. The incumbent will drive strategic initiatives, manage team performance, and contribute to the company’s long-term growth strategy, including the development of its second growth curve.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of both domestic and international semiconductor markets, while overseeing the daily operations of the semiconductor client team.
- Focus on strategic expansion in key regions (North America, Japan, and South Korea) and expanding the semiconductor testing and packaging application market.
- Collect international market data and customer requirements, collaborating with the Semiconductor Business Unit to optimize product and technical solutions.
