Sales Engineer (HVAC)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide customer and internal technical design support with respect to customer needs with a view to provide a turnkey project solution.

SUMMARY
Manage customer leads assigned to you.
Evaluate sites, plan, design and quote customers on intended solutions for projects.
Liaise with customers and manage internal and their expectations
Communication with stakeholders, via Email, face-to-face or telephonic.
Weekly meetings prior and during the course of projects. Post mortems of all completed projects.
On-site thinking , management of:
a. Technology choice
b. Work quality
c. Time frames
Supervision/management of contractors on site together with internal team.
Safety management and compliance control.

REQUIREMENTS

Efficient in Microsoft Packages: Word, Excel, Outlook

Intuitive, creative thinker, with excellent mathematical acumen.
