Sales Engineer (Machine Parts - Mining, Oil & Gas, Palm Mill) Balikpapan

Job Description

- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and other supporting documents.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Explain the technical features of products to customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to conduct product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the technical team during the closing process by addressing or resolving technical concerns.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum Conversational level English proficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales engineer handling machine spare parts for the mining, oil & gas, and palm mill industries.
