- Lighting plan and product proposals tailored to customer needs and construction conditions
- Technical explanations regarding lighting performance, electrical specifications, and construction methods
- Coordination with internal departments such as purchasing, production, and quality control
- On-site visits to check construction status and provide technical support
- After-sales service and troubleshooting after delivery
- Building relationships with customers and long-term follow-up
- Gathering information on market trends and customer needs in the lighting and construction industries
