About the Role

Engage customers to understand their business and technical needs, translate them into technical and commercial proposals, and manage the elaboration of profitable proposals. Support the sales team in winning new business and collaborate with Product Management to identify the best product or solution set to address customer problems.

Responsibilities

  • Identify unique customer requirements and document them.
  • Develop end‑to‑end solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Map requirements to product and new specifications.
  • Influence customer solution and architecture.
  • Align and share internally with the product units, sales, and customer architecture.
  • Validate product feasibility with product management.
