Sales engineer

Location: Maharashtra, Goa, Daman & Silvassa
Job Purpose
The Customer Engineer will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating inquiries, and driving sales of capital parts and spare parts for pharmaceutical machinery. The role involves technical understanding of equipment, customer visits, order conversion, commercial coordination, and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Interaction
Visit customers to generate inquiries and leads for pharma machinery spare parts and capital parts.
Promote and explain the company’s pharma machine parts product range to customers.
Understand customer technical requirements and suggest appropriate spare parts or solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations/offers based on customer requirements.
Follow up with customers for conversion of submitted offers into orders.
Achieve assigned sales targets for parts and spares.
