Work within one of the most dynamic, fast paced, high performing, experienced and fun Estimating Teams doing Sales Estimating in our state of the art Robina office. Reporting to the Sales Estimating Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

Produce sales estimates to reflect the customer’s requirements to incorporate Standard options, Nonstandard variations, Foundation and footing requirements, Inclusions to achieve required siting and Regulatory requirements

Ensure that all requirements described in the engineer’s report are incorporated into the Preliminary Contract and Contract documents

Follow company checklists to capture and process all information required to determine fixed site costs
