Location: Birmingham
Salary: up to £35000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working for an established manufacturing company based in Tyseley.
Inbound Sales. No cold calling.
You’ll be handling warm inbound enquiries — customers already interested.
What You’ll Do
* Take inbound calls and emails
* Close deals and hit targets
* Upsell and increase order value
* Support the sales team and keep things moving
* Deliver top-level customer service
What You Need
* Sales experience in a manufacturing or engineering company.
* Confident and clear telephone manner
* Basic IT skills
