Opportunity Description

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients through outbound calls, emails, field visits, and online platforms.
  • Conduct lead qualification and needs assessment to identify business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings, present product offerings, and close initial sales.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately report progress using CRM and digital tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and trade teams to support campaigns and lead generation.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–4+ years in business development, sales, or account management across FMCG, retail chains, airline catering, meat/seafood trading, or wet market/piso trading.
