A typical day will involve:

• Welcoming customers to the dealership, understanding their needs, establishing their budget, and providing vehicle information.
• Demonstrating and explaining vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives.
• Negotiating the price, including any trade-in value and selling additional products such as accessories or warranties.
• Discussing customer’s financing requirements, and tailoring solutions.
• Ensuring the showroom and used car display are kept clean and tidy to create a positive first impression.
• Liaising with customers after a sale to ensure their satisfaction and keep them updated on their order.
• Identifying new leads through online research, social media, and relationship building with existing and potential customers.
