Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calling and business outreach for franchise and B2B sales opportunities Identify potential franchise partners, distributors, and retail clients Handle follow-ups, meetings, and maintain a strong sales pipeline Present franchise opportunities and manage the sales process from lead to closure Coordinate onboarding and documentation for franchise partners Develop B2B sales for tea leaves and tea boxes with retail outlets and distributors Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business Conduct market research and share regular sales updates with management Requirements Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client handling Good understanding of franchise sales and B2B business development Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
