Opportunity Description
Olive Recruiting is seeking a driven Sales Executive with a strong background in transportation and logistics sales for our client. This role requires a proactive hunter mentality, strong closing ability, and the discipline to build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new revenue, developing client relationships, and supporting long-term growth initiatives.
Location: Southeast Texas/ Louisiana
Full-time, direct hire with client
Schedule: Hybrid/Remote
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within truckload, LTL, drayage, or specialized freight markets
• Conduct market research to uncover new prospects and customer needs
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events
